Maryland Plans Cautious Reopening Of E-ZPass Customer Service Centers

Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) announced that it is reopening E-ZPass Customer Service Centers located within Motor Vehicle Administration branch offices under conditions that prevent the spread of COVID-19. (Two of the six facilities — Annapolis and Waldorf — are new and opening for the first time.) When the centers open on October 13, customers will be served by appointment only, capacity will be limited, and several customer and staff health monitoring procedures will be in place. MDTA closed the centers in March.
