JOB PROFILE: Director of Technology
JOB LOCATION: Carrollton, Texas
ViaPlus, the VINCI Highways subsidiary that specializes in revenue and services management solutions for the transportation industry, is accepting applications for Director of Technology, a senior manager-supervisor position.
Working under the supervision of the Chief Technical Officer (CTO), the Director of Technology oversees the development, execution, support, and evaluation of robust and comprehensive technology systems for the Electronic Tolling & Mobility as a Service (MaaS) markets.
Responsibilities include oversight of technical teams in support of the company’s mission and support of the CTO in meeting the needs and demands of the business from a technical aspect, with a focus on executing technology strategies and overseeing the day-to-day operations within the technology department. Key accountabilities include collaborating with the CTO to ensure successful project delivery, managing technology initiatives, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the technology function, and maintaining technology operations to include systems administration, network management, telecommunications management, system and data security, system and data backup and emergency recovery plans.
