The Northeast Texas Regional Mobility Authority (NET RMA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Pay by Mail (PBM) Receivables Management Services for previously established delinquent accounts. As further described in the RFP and its appendices, the services consist of collecting unpaid balances owed by delinquent account holders. Technical and cost proposals are due by May 11, 2021.
