RFI On Toll Payment Mobile Applications — Oklahoma Turnpike Authority

Request for Information – Toll Payment Mobile Applications
Oklahoma Turnpike Authority

The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority (OTA) has posted a Request For Information (RFI), the intent of which is to seek information and ideas from qualified vendors of innovative mobile applications and/or mobile phone payment systems that could allow OTA (cash and non-transponder) customers to pay their tolls electronically, concurrent with their travel or shortly thereafter, prior to receipt of an invoice or toll evasion violation. OTA does not intend to design or develop a full mobile payment application or system from the ground up; rather, OTA is seeking information on existing applications and systems that are currently in use and fully operational, and can become fully functional for OTA in a short amount of time.

Questions relating to this RFI should be submitted in writing via CivCastUSA at https://www.civcastusa.com/project/60c7be8d12b7b3697589d126/summary. Questions may be submitted through June 24, 2021. The Authority will respond to questions via the CivCastUSA website, which provides responses to all parties without identifying the party submitting the question.

The RFI response due date is by 2:00pm (CST), Friday, July 2, 2021. The RFI point of contact is Rhonda Powell (rpowell@pikepass.com).
