RFP for Back Office System Replacement — Halifax Harbour Bridges

Halifax Harbour Bridges (HHB) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing a Back Office System (BOS). The project is part of a multi-year initiative to modernize the tolling system on its two bridges that span the Halifax Harbour, in Nova Scotia, Canada. The new BOS will replace the existing customer service application and the self-serve portal at HHB.

A Pre-bid meeting will occur on Monday, August 23, 2021, from 9:30 – 11:30 AM ADT (GMT: -3 hours).

The deadline for submitting responses is Friday, October 8, 2021, 11:00 AM ADT (GMT: -3 hours).
