GDOT Says Express Lane Proposal Changes Address Public Concerns

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports, Georgia DOT describes its proposed I-285 Top End Express Lanes project as a key to its wider plan to build 120 miles of new toll lanes in metro Atlanta. State officials tell the newspaper that the changes reflected in their latest I-285 plan “are evidence they’re listening to residents’ concerns” about the project’s potential impact on densely populated neighborhoods.
