GDOT Says Express Lane Proposal Changes Address Public Concerns
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports, Georgia DOT describes its proposed I-285 Top End Express Lanes project as a key to its wider plan to build 120 miles of new toll lanes in metro Atlanta.
