Autoindustriya.com reports, Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) is attempting to make the evolving Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) “more environmentally friendly.” MPTC recently showcased efforts that it says align with a corporate commitment “to build with least disruption to the communities and the environment, and [support the] Philippines’ first Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emission by 75% by the year 2030.”
