The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission announced that it will launch a “new and modernized E-ZPassOH.com website and Customer Service Center” on February 16. Enhancements will include online live chat; email and text alert options; and inputs for customers making account changes. A transition to the new website and Customer Service Center will begin on February 12, which means the website will be unavailable between 5:00 PM that day and 8:00 AM on February 16.
