SCVnews.com reports, “The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority has selected a team led by CH2M to provide the plans, specifications and estimates for the design of new high occupancy vehicle lanes along Interstate 5 in both directions between State Route 14 in Santa Clarita and Parker Road in Castaic.”
