Gwinnett Daily Post reports, “The first morning rush hour that the State Road and Tollway Authority raised prices on Interstate 85 in the area between Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Pleasant Hill, the toll lane hit $13.95 on Monday [August 22], a record and the maximum amount allowed under law.”
