Coloradoan (Ft. Collins) reports, “U.S. Sen. Michael Bennet announced [on July 26] a $15 million federal grant will help add a tolled express lane in each direction” on I-25 between Fort Collins and Loveland. “That grant, added to the $25 million pooled by local communities, gives the Colorado Department of Transportation hope that shovels could hit ground on north I-25 expansion come next fall,” the newspaper says.
