I-66 VOD Request for Information (RFI# 2022-0824-JH)
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) has issued a request for information inviting all firms with experience in furnishing, designing, installing, maintaining, and operating a Video Occupancy Detection system that is capable of detecting the number of occupants in a vehicle traveling at highway speeds for the purpose of enforcing High Occupancy Vehicle rules to provide feedback in a response.
