On August 17, 2022, the City released an RFP seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in a design and build of a full, turnkey solution for a new Toll Collection System (TCS) for the City’s two international bridges. The TCS shall include: 1) Roadside (vehicular), 2) Pedestrian turnstiles, 3) Customer Service Systems-CSS (customer service and account management), and 4) maintenance. Vendors will have the opportunity during the procurement process to attend a pre-bid meeting and onsite visit with the City.
