REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TO PROVIDE PRINTING AND MAIL HOUSE SERVICES

ISSUED: February 9, 2022

The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission (“Commission”) has issued a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to select a vendor to provide Printing and Mail House Services in support of daily customer service operations for the new toll collection system planned for the Ohio Turnpike, including: bulk printing services of customer correspondence, provisioning of supplies, bulk mailing services, stuffing and mailing of documents, online document tracking, address verification and correction, electronic address change service, and reporting and reconciliation of files transferred and items processed.

Any inquiries or requests for copies of the RFP must be submitted to purchasing@ohioturnpike.org before 5:00 P.M. on March 3, 2022. Question and Answer responses will be issued by the Commission by March 9, 2022. Responses to the RFP must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on March 16, 2022, in softcopy format only to purchasing@ohioturnpike.org.
