The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro) is soliciting industry review comments for development of a Back Office System (BOS). Firms are invited to participate in the industry review to help Metro understand industry best practices and performance measures and metrics. The industry review is being conducted under the provisions of Metro Acquisition Management Services, which encourages market analysis to initiate industry involvement, develop and refine the procurement strategy, identify market practices, and/or obtain comments on requirements.
