The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) in March for a toll system upgrade to be complete in the Spring of 2019. RMTA invites all firms with direct experience designing, furnishing, installing, and maintaining toll collection systems and related support services to respond to RMTA’s RFI for the upgrade of its Toll Collection System at the Powhite Parkway, the Downtown Expressway, and Boulevard Bridge toll facilities.
The Response Deadline is: February 20th, 2017 at 10:00 A.M.
