In the coming weeks, the State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) will solicit qualifications from qualified firms interested in providing Customer Service Systems and Services for an initial five (5) year period with multiple options to extend afterwards.

The scope of service consists of furnishing all labor, machinery, tools, means of transportation, supplies, equipment, materials, safety equipment, services, and incidentals to provide complete Customer Service Systems, Operations and related Services as provided in the upcoming Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC) document.
