INDOT "Explores Toll-Road Priorities"

The Indianapolis Star reports, “The state hasn’t decided yet whether it wants to put tolls on its interstates, but if Indiana does, it will look first at the most congested routes where tolls could help pay for needed improvements such as extra lanes.” An INDOT feasibility study is due next month and it “could kill any future discussion of tolling if it comes down unfavorably,” the report adds. INDOT has issued an RFP for the tolling study.
