What You Will Be Doing
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the Customer Contact Center’s (CCC) operations. You will provide strong, dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and guides department managers to ensure the highest level of customer service and quality are achieved throughout the operation.
The Operations Manager takes ownership for the day-to-day operations of the CCC that includes actions such as performance monitoring, resource management and leading and/or participating in both internal and client meetings to provide trending analysis and recommendations for operational improvements and serving as the final escalation point for customer issues. You will report directly to the Program Director and serve as the primary point of contact for the client when the Program Director is not available.
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $100,000 to 120,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program
