The Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) announced that, together with AllianceOne Receivable Solutions, it has earned the 2024 Customer Value Leadership Award from the consulting firm of Frost & Sullivan. The award recognizes their “customer-first focus” on service delivery. CFX partners with the company on “customer-facing and back-office processes, including customer service via voice and email channels and walk-in customer support, back-office mail handling and processing transponders for new accounts, reviewing images collected electronically through tolling technology, and payment processing.”
CFX separately announced that the Central Florida Chapter of WTS (Women’s Transportation Seminar) has bestowed three awards on the authority and its personnel:
- Woman of the Year, awarded to executive director Michelle Maikisch, honoring “a woman who is an outstanding role model and has contributed to the advancement of women and minorities in transportation;”
- The Harold W. Barley Regional Partnership Award for the agency’s “commitment to the advancement of the regional transportation network;” and
- The Innovative Transportation Solutions Award for CFX’s Visitor Toll Pass project, which is held up “as an example of an innovative transportation project led by a woman.”
