PA Turnpike Mosaic Unveiled By Archbishop Carroll Students Depicts Valley Forge Park

CatholicPhilly.com reports, “Students from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor unveiled the mosaic installation they created for the Valley Forge Service Plaza on the Pennsylvania Turnpike Friday, March 3 as a result of their work with the Art Sparks Program.” Art Sparks is an initiative started in 2017 by the PA Council on the Arts (a state agency) and the turnpike commission to beautify turnpike service plazas. It is co-funded by the council and the turnpike commission.
