AASHTO Journal reports, the American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) development foundation is seeking applications through April 14 for the 2023-2024 Lanford Family Highway Worker Memorial Scholarship program. The scholarship fund was created in 1999 to provide post-high school financial assistance to the children of highway workers killed or permanently disabled on the job.
