Q&A With Gabe Klein, Federal Official Shepherding US Toward Clean Energy Transportation

The Washington Post publishes a Q&A with Gabe Klein, recently-appointed first director of the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation, created under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to “kickstart the electric transportation future” of the US. Among other things, Klein discusses the agency’s primary mission —  helping state and local governments expand the electric vehicle charging network — and his expectations about the pace of the nation’s conversion to clean energy transportation.
