WDRE reports, Delaware DOT announced that it will offer a free E-ZPass transponder to anyone who opens a new individual Delaware E-ZPass account between Friday, November 25, and Saturday, December 31, “as a part of their returning Black Friday sale.” According to DelDOT, there are now over 327,000 active E-ZPass transponders in the state and an average of more than 59,000 transactions daily.
