The Transportation Research Board has scheduled a July 28 webinar on using unmanned aerial systems — drones — as a bridge inspection tool. Presenters will use federal and state case studies to explore how drones can can “save time, reduce costs, and improve safety margins” for inspection teams. Pre-registration for the afternoon event is required, and engineers are eligible to receive professional development credit hours.
