Seattle DOT announced that I-5 Express Lanes will be closed all weekend to facilitate the delivery and storage of a huge bridge span constructed off-site. In May, SDOT will lift two prefabricated spans into place as it constructs a bike and pedestrian bridge over I-5 as part of its Northgate Link Extension Project.
