Bestpass Adds 400 Fleets To Its Customer Base Through An Acquisition

Bestpass announced it has added more than 400 commercial fleets to its customer base through the acquisition of the Maryland Motor Truck Association (MMTA) toll management program. Bestpass has provided back office and toll processing support for the association program since its inception in 2002. Now, the former MMTA customers will have full access to the Bestpass toll management system, “from the customer web portal and online analytics to new transponder options and expanded toll coverage.”

Albany Business Review talks with Ken Creager, Bestpass vice president of sales and marketing, about the advantages of Bestpass affiliation for the new customers. He reports that the firm now has a total of just over 13,000 customers.
