Miller Canfield announced that LaVon Johns has joined the law firm as a key member of its public-private partnerships team. Johns acted as lead real estate counsel to the City of Chicago in several major privatization transactions, including the lease of the Chicago Skyway, according to a news release. She will be based in the firm’s Chicago office.
