The Transportation Research Board has scheduled a March 24 webinar on communicating with the public about priced managed lane projects, noting “The public tends to be skeptical . . . because the concept is difficult to explain to a non-technical audience.” Presenters will also discuss ways of maintaining a managed lane facility’s performance standard.
