Los Angeles Times reports, a Socal motorist got an “A” for effort and a $490 traffic citation after police caught him driving solo in an I-210 HOV 2+ lane. He earned the grade for the lifelike passenger seat dummy (complete with facial wrinkles) he created to avoid detection. (The police photo of the dummy is worth a click.)
