The boards of the Transportation Corridor Agencies last week elected 2021 officers and welcomed some new members. The San Joaquin Hills board unanimously reelected Mission Viejo Mayor Trish Kelley as chair and Newport Beach Councilmember Will O’Neill as vice chair. The Foothill/Eastern board unanimously chose Yorba Linda Mayor Peggy Huang as chair and Dana Point Mayor Pro Tem Joe Muller as vice chair. (Mayor Huang doubles as TCA’s appointed representative to the Southern California Association of Governments.) The new San Joaquin Hills board members are Irvine Mayor Farrah Khan (she also serves on the Foothill/Eastern board) and Aliso Viejo Councilman Richard Hurt. Tustin Mayor Pro Tem Austin Lumbard and Anaheim City Councilman Trevor O’Neil took seats on the Foothill/Eastern board.
