NNY360 reports, “The integration of E-ZPass functionality into the tolls at the Thousand Islands International Bridge system has yielded initial success,” according to Robert Horr III, TIBA’s executive director. He notes that the number of commercial drivers using E-ZPass (90 percent) has exceeded expectations. “We can certainly tell customers like it very much,” Horr tells NNY360. TransCore installed the technology that has allowed motorists to use E-ZPass at the bridge’s US and Canada toll plazas June.
