South Carolina DOT Resumes Hilton Head Parkway Tolling (but It May Not Last after 2021)

SCDOT has lifted the toll suspension it imposed on September 2 to facilitate Hurricane Dorian evacuation. However, the article notes that the state plans to eliminate tolls entirely after July 1, 2021, the date of its final payment on the facility project.
