MetroNews reports, “Improvements to West Virginia roads could begin at the start of July, even as the state prepares for a multi-billion-dollar bond vote, the state Transportation Secretary said [Tuesday, June 20].”
MetroNews also reports that Governor Jim Justice “plans to make an announcement about the state budget at 9:15 a.m. [this morning], according to a news release from his office.”
