Poughkeepsie Journal reports, “Standard & Poor’s Rating Service cited steady finances in reaffirming its bond rating of AA- for the New York State Bridge Authority. The rating is one of the highest in the nation for a self-supporting bridge/transportation entity, according to a bridge authority press release.”
