Vancouver Sun reports, “[British Columbia New Democratic Party] Leader John Horgan said eliminating ‘unfair’ tolls on the Port Mann and Golden Ears bridges will be part of the first budget he tables if he becomes premier” under a power-sharing agreement signed on May 30.
