Denton Record-Chronicle reports that TxDOT has scheduled 18 miles of TEXpress managed toll lanes on I-35 East to open this morning following a weekend “soft opening.” The newspaper adds, “For the first six months, there will be scheduled pricing for toll lane use. After the initial six months, rates will be determined by traffic congestion in the managed lanes. . . .”
