The Record reports that a PANYNJ police officer on foot patrol attempted to stop a 52-year-old New Jersey motorist for allegedly jumping the George Washington Bridge toll. The man tried to flee, but after hitting a concrete divider and getting caught in traffic, he was apprehended.
