MetroNews reports that a bill to extend the termination date on collection of West Virginia Turnpike tolls and to increase tolls to fund other highway projects died when the House Finance Committee failed to consider the measure. SB 482, introduced at the request of Governor Jim Justice, received Senate approval last month by a wide margin of votes.
