New Castle News reports, “Cashless tolling will begin on the Beaver Valley Expressway next month, Lawrence County commissioners announced at their meeting [on March 7]. They provided information from the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission stating the new method of collecting tolls will be tested in Beaver and Lawrence counties.
