The Australian Financial Review reports, “Macquarie Atlas Roads will pay $US445 million ($577 million) to acquire the remaining 50 per cent of US toll road Dulles Greenway from Macquarie Infrastructure Partners, the tollroad group said as it reported a 165 per cent rise in annual net profits to $225.1 million.”
