The update came from Paul Satchfield, program-management administrator with Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, during a commission meeting Monday evening [February 20].” The newspaper adds, “Bids are expected to be let in mid-March for the oval-track construction with work to start by late summer and completion in December 2018.” [Link added.]
