The Register-Herald reports that Delegate Marty Gearheart (R-Mercer) has introduced HB 2027 to merge the West Virginia Parkways Authority and its assets into the state Division of Highways and discontinue turnpike tolls by July 1, 2020, provided bonds are paid off as scheduled.
