The Kansas Turnpike Authority announced the award of an approximately $14 million contract for plaza and ramp improvements at the South Topeka Plaza, and re-decking and widening of two bridges to a joint venture formed by Iowa-based A.M. Cohron & Son, and Hamm, Inc., of Perry, KS.
