Business Insider reports that Elon Musk is serious about digging a tunnel underneath Los Angeles, “[b]ut the tunnel project, at least in its current form, reportedly isn’t designed to provide an alternative route to cut down on traffic, but to help SpaceX employees get to the company’s parking lot.”
