East Bay Times reports that open house events are taking place this week for the forthcoming I-580 access improvement projects in the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge corridor. The projects are the result of a collaboration among the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, Caltrans, and the Marin and Contra Costa County transportation authorities.
