WSB (Atlanta) reports, “The express lane project on Interstate 75 through Henry and Clayton counties is almost complete. The Georgia Department of Transportation said the 12 miles of reversible toll lanes are set to open in late January. They’ll run north each morning, then flip to flow southbound in the afternoons.”
