Providence Journal reports, “Liberal advocacy group the Rhode Island Progressive Democrats filed a campaign finance complaint [on November 2] against conservative group The Gaspee Project [link added] over the disclosure of donors. The complaint, filed with the state Board of Elections, revolves around a Gaspee Project affiliate, The Gaspee Business Network, which was formed earlier this year in opposition to Governor Raimondo’s truck toll plan.”
