WCPO News (Cincinnati) reports, “Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin said Wednesday [September 28] that the Brent Spence Bridge replacement project is a high priority for his administration and he’s confident a financing plan can be achieved without tolls.” The governor tells the station, “It absolutely has to happen.
