Tulsa World reports, “A plan taking shape to finish the Gilcrease Expressway via toll road would complete the long-planned roadway about three decades ahead of schedule.” The report adds, “The plan is only under consideration and rests largely on a study to determine how much traffic it would generate and how much investment would be needed. That study is due to be completed in October or November.”
